The location of the hotel is great with easy access to nearby attractions and sightseeing spots. the rooms are decently cleaned and tidy. the breakfast is served in the room, but unfortunately, only a few items are included. the bathroom facility is average and could have been better.

The hotel staff was extremely unhelpful and not at all accommodating. the tap water issue was not resolved even after repeated requests, and the unavailability of free Wi-Fi was quite inconvenient.

Night shift reception staff was helpful. Cleanliness of the hotel room. Good response from the reception counter. Eventually got tap water in the room.
